OPTION 1: Telehealth via Online Zoom Sessions
Unless alternative arrangements are made in advance, all Somatic Therapy Services are by default online via Zoom.
All Intake Assessments and Personalized Treatment Plan sessions can be taken online via HIPAA-compliant Zoom video conferencing.
We kindly request that if you are (1) a distance student; or (2) reasonably able to do an online session for your treatment, that you make use of this option.
Missy has 7 years experience of successfully teaching online students all across the country and getting them great results from the comfort of their home… even before the pandemic hit.
While TBI recognizes that online services may not always be first choice, you might be pleasantly surprised at the results and focus you can achieve from online sessions, which have the additional benefit of the ability to record the session for your reference and to use as a practice aid.

OPTION 2. Local and In-Person at Del Mar Studio, Mission Bliss Airbnb, or Your Preferred Location
Outcall Fee for Clients Local to Del Mar Studio and/or Downtown San Diego:
– $30 for within 5 miles/1-15 min one-way drive
– $50 for outcalls within 5-10 miles/15-30 min one-way drive
– Custom fee for clients >10 miles/30+ min one-way drive
If you live 10+ miles or 25+ minute commute one-way, Missy will customize your mobile service fee and arrangements based on the travel distance and the traffic at your requested appointment time.

OPTION 3. Hybrid (In-Person & Online)
Depending on your personal circumstances and needs, TBI can coordinate a hybrid treatment service delivery approach which combines both in-person sessions for treatment and online sessions for ongoing coaching and care. This works great for clients who intersperse online support with immersions.

OPTION 4. Travel
Travel Service Fees for Immersions and Retreats NOT Local to San Diego:
Personalized client retreats and immersions are held in-person 1-2x per year in Los Angeles, Phoenix, and San Francisco. Costs of TBI's travel and accommodations are allocated on a flat-fee basis for all clients who book a session. This fee gets added on separately from service fees before trip booking.
TBI coordinates holistic retreats nationwide. Client travel and accommodations costs are their responsibility.
Clients traveling to San Diego for an immersion and/or retreat. have the option of staying in our beautiful 5-star Airbnb near Little Italy for a discounted rate, and receiving their treatments onsite.
